Ready to order?

Please submit all orders and inquiries to contact@merchkitchen.com. We will review your order information as soon as possible and reach out with any questions and a quote if requested. If everything looks good we will get your order in and send you an invoice for payment, typically within 1 business day. We look forward to working with you!


Information we need:

Full name and shipping address, if you want your order shipped: Government names only please! (stage/punk names are cool and all but generally not helpful to our friends at UPS and the postal service). Pickup is also available from the shop in South Nashville.

For screenprinted shirt/garment orders:

  • Garment Type
  • Garment Brand and Style Number
  • Garment Color
  • Size List
  • Print Locations, Print Sizes, and Print Colors: Please specify art file name for each print location, if applicable.
  • Artwork (Please review our artwork requirements on the Shirts page). Artwork may be attached or linked via a service such as Dropbox (please be sure to make files public/allow us access). If your artwork is too large to fit as a normal attachment, this is often a good sign. Send us that big juicy file!
  • Due Date/Requested In-Hand Date. If sooner than our current turnaround plus shipping time, a rush fee will be added. Depending on our schedule, rush orders may not always be possible. If you need your stuff by a specific date, please let us know even if it’s after the normal turnaround time so that we can make a note of it.

  • Canvas and Ink Colors
  • Artwork: (templates and important artwork info available on the patch printing page). Please specify the art file name for each patch design if there are multiple. Artwork may be attached or linked via a service such as Dropbox (please be sure to make files public/allow us access).
  • Due Date/Requested In-Hand Date: If sooner than our current turnaround plus shipping time, a rush fee will be added. Depending on our schedule, rush orders may not always be possible.
